A client intake call is the initial conversation between a practitioner and a potential client aimed at assisting the client based on the client’s needs and determining how best to proceed and which healing methods would best serve the purpose of the client’s intention and goals. It can also include an outline what the client can expect from the service, including the process, techniques used, and any initial recommendations. This service is not necessary if the client already knows what they are looking for and can book a service directly. Client intake call is being offered by Rivinelife since some clients have requested to gain better understanding of themselves and which service or combination of services would be most effective for them so that they can book a session accordingly. The discussion could include: Reason for Seeking Service: - Discuss what prompted the client to seek help (e.g., specific issues, goals, or challenges). - Ask about their current situation and any particular concerns they have. Goals and Expectations: - Explore what the client hopes to achieve through the service. - Clarify any expectations they may have regarding the process and outcomes. Service Overview: - Provide an overview of the services you offer, including the methods and techniques used. - Explain how the sessions will be structured and what the client can expect during the process. Cancellation Policy
Rivine Life – Booking Policy No Cancellations or No-Shows: All bookings are final. Due to the nature of our work and preparation involved, cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount of the session. No refunds will be issued. Rebooking Policy: Clients may reschedule their session no later than 10 days before the original appointment date. Rescheduling can be done directly through our online booking system. If you are within 10 days of your scheduled session, the appointment is considered locked in and non-transferable. Online & In-Person Sessions: Sessions are primarily held online unless otherwise specified. For in-person session, please contact rivinehealing@gmail.com.
